If you are on regular medication you will be given a tear off slip with each prescription. When you need further medicine, you can request it as below.

  • bring the slip to reception or post in box provided by the front door of the building.
  • send the slip to the surgery by post ( enclose a stamped,self-addressed envelope)
  • use the internet to request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day, whether you are at home or work, you can quickly log on and submit your request. If you would like to use this facility please ask at reception desk for a registration form and instructions on how to get started.

PLEASE NOTE:  The website used to order repeat medication has changed. Please read the instructions below on how to access the new website before clicking on the link.

When you click on the Emis Access link below, you can enter your log in details as normal. You will then be redirected to the My Health On-Line website - please click "I understand, forward me". Please then select which language you wish to use.

You will then need to log in again. To do this you will need the Practice ID and your Access ID. You may already have these from when you first registered for on-line ordering. However, if you have been using a User ID for on-line ordering, you will now need to separate this out. The Practice ID is the last three digits of the User ID. The Access ID is the first 4 or 5 digits to the left of the 0's in the User ID. For example:

If your User ID is 12340000340,

Then your Access ID is 1234

And the Practice ID is 340.

Your password will stay the same.

You should then follow the instructions on screen to order your repeat prescription. If you experience any difficulties please let us know and we will endeavour to help you.
