From Monday 13^th September we will be launching a new appointment system for our GP appointments.  This is in response to rising demand, feedback from patients and is in line with Welsh Government guidance.  As well as an urgent triage service led by our consultant nurse, we will be offering pre-bookable telephone or video consultations with our GPs.  If the GP feels that a face to face consultation is required, s/he will discuss this with you during your telephone consultation and a convenient appointment will be agreed.
